Recent high-profile teaching appointments have included the first ever Yoga session to take place within The Queen’s Gallery, Buckingham Palace and the first ever Yoga session to take place at the Royal Air Force, London. EVENTS

YOGA AND SOUND BATH

Join Rakhee for a wonderful morning of Hatha Yoga and Philosophy, followed by a beautiful sound Bath led by Yoga teacher Lata using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls to lead you through a profound meditative experience.


This session is in honour of International Yoga Day. It is a ticketed event though all proceeds will go to The Natalie Kate Moss Foundation to help support people who have suffered with brain injury. 


As it is also Father’s Day and the first without our beloved Father (In-Law), late Vinodbhai Morjaria who passed away of a brain haemorrhage earlier this year, we would like to support a charity who helps those impacted. 


Expect a restful, philosophical and meditative morning which we hope will leave you feeling energised and at peace. 


Tickets are £35-00 per person

All tickets are non refundable and non transferrable.

RESTORATIVE YOGA WORKSHOP

Join Rakhee on Sunday 21 July for a special 2 hour Yoga practice designed for rest and recovery. This 2 hour Yoga class involves holding in postures for longer periods of time to enable tension release, relaxation and meditation. Beginners and those in recovery from injuries or health concerns are very welcome.

FREE YOGA DAY PRACTICE

Join Rakhee on International Yoga Day at the warm and welcoming Brickworks Studio in East Barnet for an evening of gentle Yoga practice, meditation and Yoga philosophy. This session is free of charge and open to beginners. 

Free parking is available in the area. Please bring your Yoga mats.

YOGA AT ST PAUL'S CATHEDRAL

Date: Saturday 9 December 2023
Time: 0930hrs

Join Rakhee for a peaceful, reflective and calming Christmas Yoga practice at one of the most iconic locations in London, St Paul’s Cathedral. The session will take place on Saturday 9 December in the Wren Suite, and will include a short tour with one of the Chaplains afterwards. 

Guests are invited to attend at 0915hrs for a 0930am start. The Yoga session will run for approximately 1.5hours and will be followed by an optional tour of the Cathedral with the resident Chaplain afterwards. 
 
Please bring your Yoga mats as equipment will not be provided. 
Proceeds for this event will go to Medicins Sans Frontier - Doctors Without Borders - to aid victims of war torn countries. 

If you cannot attend and would still like to donate, please purchase a DONATION pass. This will not give you access to the event and all of the funds will go to Doctors Without Borders.

SPRING DETOX YOGA & MEDITATION

Join Rakhee on this special half day retreat of extended Yoga and meditation at one of the most beautiful and peaceful grounds in North London, the Bhaktivedanta Manor, Watford. Rakhee will lead you through breathing, postures and meditation. The session will be designed to help detoxify the body and mind, and leave you feeling relaxed and replenished.

A light lunch will be served afterwards and there will also be the option to attend prayers in the main temple. The grounds are beautiful for walks and you can even take a walk stroll down to the farm to feed the cows. The grounds are free for you to use and explore afterwards.

The Bhaktivedanta Manor, founded by George Harrison of the Beatles, is a deeply spiritual but open space for all. The grounds include areas to sit and contemplate, to walk, to pray and to enjoy delicious foods. 

*At present there are no restrictions in place at the temple to wear masks due to Covid. We will however make sure there is plenty of fresh air and ventilation throughout the session and the area will be deep cleaned beforehand. If the session needs to be rescheduled due to government imposed Covid restrictions, we will reschedule the session for you at no extra cost*
