One to one sessions are helpful for those who need some extra guidance whether it be to build confidence on the mat or to help rehabilitation (emotionally and physically). They also make a great gift for loved ones. This session will last 1hr 15minutes. Once we receive payment we will be in touch to schedule a session with you or to your friend or family member.
Terms and conditions
Private sessions are non refundable and non transferable. If this is a gift for someone it must be stipulated on payment. Private sessions are non transferable after this. Private sessions must be taken within 3 months of payment. If this is a gift for someone please let us know their full name and we will write a gift letter for you to use in a birthday or gift card. Cancellations of sessions will be charged in full. If cancellation is due to serious illness please just let us know and we will try to reschedule for you.
